Organisations set themselves up to function in a certain way. Their organisational and workplace logic typically covers how the employees relate to their stakeholders, handle strategic planning, structures and kobs they create, and how they design their information sharing, decision making and conflict handling processes.

In this assessment you are expected to look at the current organisation and workplace logic used at present in your organisation. You are asked to rate one statement from each group of statements once : "As it is percieved by you right now." The ratings may be vastly different from one set of statements to the next, depending on your own experience in the organisation and the structure of the statements.

Step 1:
Read each statement for a particular group carefully and relate it to your own situation at work.

Step 2:
Select the statement which is most accurate to your work situation at present by clicking the button at the top of the statement you have selected.

Step 3:
Decide the degree of accuracy of your choice and click the appropriate button on the scale from 1 to 4 at the bottom.

Step 4:
Go to the next group of statements by clicking on the "NEXT PAGE" - button
at the bottom of each page. There are 35 pages to complete.
