Web Avenue

Who We Are?

A small company with deep experience with software design priciples. We have long-term experience, yet stay up to date with the latest emerging trends and technologies. The actual tools and vendors may change quickly, but the principles and processes change much more slowly.

What We Do?

We do both complicated low-level web-server work as well as more high level web design work. We can help you get a simple website up and running in a day or two, or assist with fully fledged platforms requiring middle-ware, sophisticated database designs and web-services. We also host Wordpress and other websites at very reasonable cost. If you want to do it yourself and need a technical partner, we may also just be the solution for you.

Why We Do It?

We don't really have a choice. Its a labour of love.

Our first internet project was a intranet module for an HR System, developed in 1994.

Assessment World

A feature-rich psychometric testing platform. This is an ongoing project, of which the first version was released in 1998 as a hybrid Windows/Internet Testing system. It consists of Low level web services and servlets, complex databases, and end-user as well as content-developer web interfaces. A number of front ends were developed including Android mobile Test interfaces. Various Test format scripting protocols were developed as part of the project. The new Psychometric testing version will be launched in October 2017.

Fatigue O Meter

A true hybrid system, with components running on Windows, the web and Mobile devices. It has flexible and powerful middle-ware servers that connects users periodically, and makes sure that all the latest information is readily available on-line.
